The Depot in Tomball will be permeated with classic country music from Hank Williams, Loretta Lynn, Patsy Cline, and the like on March 16, 2013. Headlining the event is Texas favorite Dale Watson!

Watson plays regular gigs in Austin at the Ginny’s Little Longhorn Saloon and The Continental Club, as well as performing at the Grand Ole Opry in Tennessee. He also appeared in the musical Ghost Brothers of Darkland County.

Dance on the 3,000 square foot hardwood dance floor to covers of Country music’s golden years. There will be performances from Amber Digby, Miss Leslie & Her Juke Jointers and many more. There will also be food and beverages, vendors with handmade crafts, and a kids’ play zone. The community is encouraged to eat and shop at the mom & pop stores. All Tomball city festivals are open to the community at no charge.

The Tomball Honky Tonk Music Festival will be held from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. March 16, 2013 at Depot Plaza, 201 South Elm Street.
