The City of Magnolia and the Magnolia Community Foundation will be hosting Mardi Gras on the Stroll, Feb. 9 from 4 to 8 p.m. The event will include live music, a Cajun Cook-off and an attempt to break the Guinness Book of World Record for number of participants in a dancing umbrella parade.
